My wife and I have been coming here every few months for pedicures. Today she asked for red polish for her toes. She did not ask for Shellac, nor was the Shellac brought up. Well, not until it was time to pay, and they added $20 for Shellac she never asked for, just to drive up the price. I don't even know if they actually used it. I'll be looking for a different salon that hopefully doesn't add unwanted products.

The tip was added without asking. I went there to relax, not to be taken advantage of. This is misleading and unfair to anyone, especially those with limited language skills.
