I have 3 box vents up in the roof that have cause the leaking and 3 missing shingles. I called Mr. James to come out and look at it. Fortunately he is working near my area and within 15 minutes he showed up. We both went up in the attic and after I described the issues. He already knew and explain the issues even before he climb up on roof. He is taking his time and fix it right.
