The best nail salon I have ever been to! Clean and beautiful. Kim gave the best pedi and shellac nails. Cindy did a fantastic job on my eyebrows. Definitely will be coming back. Jackie
Do NOT give this establishment your business. Them do not stand behind their service. I had a pedicure and within 3 days the polish was beginning to come off my nails. I called to ask if they would redo the polish and they would not because I did not call back within the 3 days. The person on the phone did not work to resolve my issue bur rather hung up on me. DO NOT give your business to this establishment. They only deal in cash. I would love to see the Federal tax return for this business.
Can't keep to appt times. Twice now in a row i have made an appt. I make appts because I am on a schedule. They double book and then act like it was a mistake - They advertise 100 percent customer satisfaction. If they want to satisfy, then keep appts. Take the first appt that walks through the door, and treat all of your customers with respects
When I was in there the one lady was talking down on employers. Very rude not happy. A friend of mine also went in for her eyebrows took an hour till she finally got them done.Will NEVER be going in again
First time at this nail salon since I live out of town. I was very impressed with the service for the reasonable price. I got a shellac manicure for $30. The owner, Cindy, was so pleasant. She made conversation throughout the time I was there and she treated me just as great as she does her regulars.
It's been three weeks since I came here and get a french gel full set and they still look great. My co worker asked me about this place and a lot of my friends wanted to know where I got them done. The lady who did my nails really took her time to perfect them and we also had a nice chat. She was so funny and caring. I heard about this place from my boss who has been getting her nails and toes done here since 2007. Highly recommended!
I'm from Hershey, Pa. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years so I believe I've been to almost all the nail salons in Harrisburg and Hershey, none of the salons I've been to can completely satisfy me. then two months ago I passed by Cnails and decided to give it a try. Cindy was my nail technician. She was so friendly and professional.
