LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEE this place!!! Ivy did an AMAZING job on my nails and made sure I loved every step! I will definitely be coming back. Customer service is excellent! Down below is what I had asked for and what I got. Sooooo happy with my nails!! EVERYONE REQUEST IVY!!!! Not only is she so fast, she did my nails the best i’ve ever had them done before!! Incredibly sweet and welcoming as well!!
I’m upset to say I had a negative experience here. I’ve been here a handful of times, and have always loved my designs and the tech that I get. But, although I hate to name drop, “Megan” was extremely rude and rough. My acrylic nails were sore for hours after I got them done, they chipped and popped off 3-4 days after, and I had requested a different shape than what she gave me, and her attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable and not welcomed. I will be requesting ANYONE but megan next time.
Staff professional and friendly, location very clean, prices reasonable,and has a relaxed atmosphere.🤩
