I recently visited this nail salon, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I was kept waiting for my turn, and the staff seemed disorganized, aggressively throwing color palettes around. When I tried to show a picture of the design I wanted, they immediately dismissed it without even taking a proper look. I then suggested a different design, only to be told there would be extra charges for stones and charms, which felt unnecessary and rude.
