I recently visited this nail salon, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I kept waiting for my turn, and the staff seemed disorganized, aggressively throwing color palettes around. When I tried to show a picture of the design I wanted, they immediately dismissed it without even taking a proper look. I went in for an underarm wax today, and during my visit, the lady who originally started my wax was having trouble getting the wax off, which resulted in her grabbing another staff member to assist. The wax also was so burning hot it was making me tense up so much. Then, when I went to pay, i was charged $42. I questioned the price as I felt that it seemed high, and she assured me it was not as she compared it to an eyebrow wax. I have frequently gone here for underarm wax and have never paid that.
