Appointment at 2, didn’t start on me until 3. I understand sometimes things get busy and there is a limited amount of staff but there’s no point in making an appointment if you’re not going to be helped at the chosen time. My technician, older male, didn’t pull instruments out of sterile packaging, just out of a drawer where the instrument was free. “Sterilized” instrument by spraying rubbing alcohol on it, I could only tell as I could smell it.
