Although the wait time is long, the owner is friendly and usually does a decent job. However I was highly disappointed in my daughter's nails this last time. I'm still trying to calculate the $145 cost. The polish is not even over her tips. And the toes look terrible. I recommend staying with your kids or they will try to get over. I never had any issues getting the price at the beginning of service.
I went there a few times bc it’s close to my house. They are all around disappointing. I recommend princess nails. I have been going for about 6yrs now. Princess nails have now opened up two more nail salons. Devinn nails. I definitely recommend. TT nails, is not. Not at all.
Every visit for a simple pedicure takes 1.5 to 2 hours which is unexceptable but I go with it. During my visit today the employee was using the grater on me and was so busy watching her phone that she took off a chunck of skin on the side of my foot (next to my baby toe). It bled enough that I needed a bandaid and had to ask for one. They did not offer a discount , only an "I'm sorry". Today was my last visit to this salon. BTW, 3 hours later it is still bleeding.
