I went there a few times bc it’s close to my house. They are all around disappointing. I recommend princess nails. I have been going for about 6yrs now. Princess nails have now opened up two more nail salons. Devinn nails. I definitely recommend. TT nails, is not. Not at all.
Every visit for a simple pedicure takes 1.5 to 2 hours which is unexceptable but I go with it. During my visit today the employee was using the grater on me and was so busy watching her phone that she took off a chunck of skin on the side of my foot (next to my baby toe). It bled enough that I needed a bandaid and had to ask for one. They did not offer a discount , only an "I'm sorry". Today was my last visit to this salon. BTW, 3 hours later it is still bleeding.
I’ve been coming to Tt Nails for quite some time, and I have never been disappointed at the service that they give, they’re very kind and sweet, they take their time to give you the best service possible. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I love this place
Since this salon is very close to my home I've been going there for several years. They do not speak or understand English very well. The prices are very inconsistent. A year ago I was ready to stop going because I had a bruise on my toenail and the manicurist was digging at it causing it to bleed. In August 2024, I was charged $40 for a gel pedicure .
