I loved my birthday nails. Michelle assisted me and was very kind. She did a phenomenal job. I didn't rate the service 5 stars due to the lack of small details. I came in with pushed back and trimmed cuticles cause it seems like nail techs no longer include this as part of the service, so basically I did all of this and made the job easier to ensure a more neat, put together outcome. If you want a regular polish manicure don’t even bother. Absolutely ruined my nail bed by using the drill when there was no need to
