I came in for a pedicure and the guy that removed my toe polish quoted me $35 for the spa pedicure and the lady Cindy that was actually doing my pedi told him to tell me $40 so he then told me $40. My feet were in bad shape so I accepted the price but didn't appreciate the $5 increase based on her desire to make 5 additional dollars!
