I usually have excellent service and results here but this experience was different. I have thick big toe nails and the woman who started my pedicure couldn't cut them so she sarted to file one but instead of filing the nail, she filed the skin. I told her it hurt, but she seemed confused. The owner or lady at the desk got defensive and treated meas if I was the problem. It really hurt and I wasn't going to let it continue, so I insisted another person did the pedicure. The new person had no problem cutting or filing my nail... read more

Tony is the most amazing pedicure guy ever. The foot massages are amazing . He takes his time, he is super gentle, he barely speaks English but that is totally fine, cause you get to relax. Tien(owner) is very knowledgeable on nail health and what you need, and she's great at what she does. Dinah (deenah) is the best pedicure person ever.
