I went today with my daugther for 2 fills. Mine didnt match the color of want I wanted, but they were busy and seem stress, so I didnt say anything. And they aren't fill all the way you can still see my nail bed! This is the 1st time I time I had a problem . Last picture is want I wanted.
The nail tech with the blonde hair, winged eyeliner and big lashes was very unfriendly, rude and made my whole experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. She did not want to do my dip polish and was trying to convince me to keep my acrylics that I no longer wanted because I did not like the shape of them. Once she started removing my acrylics she was throwing my hand around and was going as fast as she could with no attention to detail. Sweet day. Pedis with daughter and six year old grandson. They were so sweet to my grandson. He sat in one of their tiny child sized chairs next to us and he loved it. Him and his Nana got matching Green Goblin green toenails. It was so fun. And drinks and snacks! My tech was not an English speaker and was difficult to talk to but they have other techs who can speak and understand just fine. There’s always someone there to translate but you can’t really visit, and I like to visit. That’s the only negative thing.
Such amazing services! I love my nails every time I leave! I recommend them to everyone!
