I have never had my nails done before. I walked in the woman that took care of me literally said, 2 words to me, that's it took 30 minutes and my nails were so ugly. It was the worst experience of my life. I never wanna do it again now because of this. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, she didn't listen to me, I felt rushed and it literally took 30 minutes. My nails are thick and lumpy, and i'm hiding my hands, it's embarrassing. Pedicures amazing. The basic manicure not so good.
I’ve been going here for a while here and have been relatively happy, the employees are pretty nice and do a good job. But I got my first full set of acrylic nails and felt like was treated pretty poorly and the nails look and feel like they’ll break easily. No apex and my pinky nail is pointed up. They seemed short staffed but that’s no reason to treat a customer bad just because I was indecisive over the color for a moment. It was uncomfortable and sadly I’ll probably find a new salon.
