Horribly unprofessional. Doesn’t keep good records of appointments — hand writes in a book and doesn’t ensure it’s written at the correct time. Asks for phone numbers when making an appointment but claims not to write them down and therefore claims to have no way to contact you to confirm an appointment or if they needed to rebook/cancel an appointment or to question a late/no-show (which seems particularly important when they are writing appointments down for the incorrect date to the one discussed…) I had come a couple tim... read more

From start to finish, everyone was super inviting, saying hello, commenting on my nail color selection and keeping the conversation going. Sometimes, after a hard day, you want to be pampered and cared for. And this was the best delight
