my insurance sent me here to get my car fixed. Had troubles with some communication. The front desk lady called and told us things that were wrong and should have NOT been said to us. Edaurdo called back and admitted that should have not happened and deeply apologized. I had a crazy one. A paraglider pilot flew into my windshield and tagged the roof pretty good. Fortunately nobody was injured. Except the Ford Transit. Heard great things about T&T Collision specializing in Vans and larger vehicles. Well I have had the van repaired and I am completely satisfied. In our experience, T&T is not trustworthy, we will not use them again, and we do not recommend them. Their repair of our truck was good, but their customer service is horrible and they caused us last minute vacation plan changes. We delivered the truck to T&T on time as they requested, saying we were on their schedule that day. It took them 2 weeks to finalize an estimate.
