Roger has been very professional and fixed our dryer in a very timely fashion.
sell junk and charge almost 100$ per visit to come look. Paid 725 for used washer unit. They came and looked at it 2x. 3 months later its totally unusable. Was told by owner what i expected from a used appliance. Expected it to be refurbished not picked out of trash and resold!

I needed a part for our dryer. Then I needed another part. T&T had them in stock at a reasonable price and we didn’t have to wait for online delivery (and possibly the wrong parts). Thank you from the bottom of our laundry basket!
We have a 13-YO Whirlpool Duet washer and it is notorious for "error codes" and would not run. It was an expensive washer to begin with and I was not in the mood to buy another washer. The technician was 1/2 hour early for the service call and had the washer spinning like a top in less than a half hour. Thank you folks.
I would like it a lot more if they would return my phone calls. I’ve emailed and called about service for o at a month and still no response. It’s very difficult to be without appliances now days.
