I have never had more trouble working with a notary. I had an appointment scheduled using their online calendar (which was easy, to be fair) scheduled for 4pm-4:15pm to get something notarized. I hit traffic leaving work and arrived at 4:03pm to locked doors. I was within my appointment time so I had expected to apologize for my tardiness and finish the service well before 4:15pm.
