Reached out to TSW to have my shocks rebuilt, and they got me scheduled the same week. Alex and Brandon were both incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the process, what to expect, and recommending upgrades that would make the truck perform even better. Alex even went above and beyond by spray-painting my truck’s chassis and axle to clean up some surface rust—something he definitely didn’t have to do. Very pleased with the work. The drive through shock rebuild and reinstall was worth it. Took them 2 hours and I was back on the road. The cost was less than it was to buy new oem shocks and I didnt even have to touch my truck. Alex is very knowledgeable on the raptors, and the different suspension setups. Very helpful in getting you set up with the best suspension for your application.
Had my Fox Shocks rebuilt yesterday and I am so glad I did. Didn't realize how bad my shocks were until I left TSW Offroad and headed home. Totally different ride, very smooth and I can feel how tight the suspension is now. The guys were great at TSW! They kept me up to date on the progress and even escorted me back into the shop to point out other concerns, ie, had a bad upper ball joint. Super nice guys, quick in and out full rebuild on my Gen 1 Raptor easy to talk to and explain things very well. Will definitely be using and recommending again.
