I had a fantastic experience with Alex and staff at TWS. I brought my 2014 Raptor in to have the shocks inspected, and the team went above and beyond. Not only did they thoroughly check the shocks, but they were also able to diagnose a front end noise which turned out to be the IWE system and fix it within my appointment window. TWS Offroad rebuilt my Gen2 Raptor shocks with minimal down time. I came in for the Remove, Rebuild, Re-Install service & it took them 3 hours to complete. In that time, I also had a front end clunking issue with my Raptor that they were able to diagnose & repair while my truck was in service. They are a knowledge team & I highly recommend them for any Raptor shock rebuilds.
