I had the worst experience with the staff. Unfortunately I can’t say anything about the Dr. because of all the mistakes with the front staff I will not be going there.
He is a good doctor. Always happy. I've never seen him without a smile and a kind word. He pretty much saved my child's life with the trach surgery he preformed along with amazing umc picu and surgery staff. He does a specalized surgery star trach that makes reversal easier and more asthetic as a bonus. My child is thriving because of the surgery he preformed. My daughter needs ear tubes. She is currently having hearing loss, Dr. Spinner was the doctor who examined my child. On a Wednesday. They set up surgery for that next Friday. Well the surgery didn’t happen because dr. Spinner is new to the hospital and the paper work wasn’t done. Mind you I had to call to find that out they didn’t call me. I agree %100 with the previous reviews about the staff, I called regarding the referral from our doctor immediately the lady told me we don't have it, where I saw the confirmation from the fax machine......!!!! To my standard it's unprofessional behavior...
