I absolutely cannot recommend this insurance agent. If you don't answer an email or phone call, it will be shared internally that this customer should be left alone. I needed to receive information about insurance renewal, but the president shared it with the company to ignore me. The president also sent me such an email by mistake. This is an insurance company that has no belief in protecting its customers as there is no apology for emailing them in error.
