Thank y’all for being open & responsible! 1) Lots of hand sanitizer (three or four area with auto hand sanitizers) 2) having clean pens/one time use pens 3) after someone left a table a cleaner was right behind them to sanitize the table 4) seating was 6 feet apart 5) all workers had masks! 6) etc!
Kinda concerned about the transbestbite menu option. Is bigotry funny?
Food was fine at best, nothing exciting. The menu however, included an incredibly crude, overtly transphobic joke. As an LGBTQ traveler, I generally expect to encounter a little bit of bigotry in new cities I visit, particularly in the American south. This though, crosses a line. Transgender people are not a punchline. And if this is representative of the values that Tsunami espouses, I definitely won’t be back.
Have some class. Easy as that.
We were in town checking out the Old State Capital and explore some of the LSU campus and the Tsunami was recommended. Good food and good service. nice view of the Mississippi River.

We went to the sushi class at Tsunami today! An amazing experience! We all had a blast. Chef David did a great job!
