Amazing job by Chris Colon of Tsunami! We had about 7 years of debris/staining/mildew on our concrete and siding, and desperately needed a thorough wash. We also needed it to be done within a reasonable budget. Chris exceeded our expectations! He explained all the steps of the washing clearly and thoroughly, and was incredibly kind and thoughtful with all of my questions and requests. Highly recommend

My deck was so difficult to power wash this year because we live under the canopy of a 295-year old White Oak that very unusually (this year) spewed all manner of dirty stuff, including black splotches all over the light gray decking and a nasty, sticky residue all over the white railings.
