My deck was so difficult to power wash this year because we live under the canopy of a 295-year old White Oak that very unusually (this year) spewed all manner of dirty stuff, including black splotches all over the light gray decking and a nasty, sticky residue all over the white railings. Chris too great care while cleaning my 125 year old Victorian home. He used gentile washing techniques to remove moss and dirt from my patios, walls, soffits and retaining walls. His communication about the process and with scheduling is fantastic too. He explained his process and then he showed up on time and completed the job when he said he would. Super nice guy, too. Highly recommend. (I attached a few of his before/after photos to show what a good job he did)
