After a seven month wait, we finally made it!!! If you ever want proof of concept that less is more, look no further than Tsuke Edomae. Chef Michael and his partner provided the eight of us an evening of seamless service. Every bite was, honestly, I don't know how to describe. The flavors are all familiar, just better.
