Horrible!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! The rice flies everywhere during cooking. The Firewall that cook makes was so hot that almost blown my eyebrows. Plates were dirty. The waitress DOES NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. She was mean to my wife when she was asking her to take her id out of the wallet. AND FINALLY, wait for it, SHE WAS TRYING TO PULL OUT THE CHECK FROM OUR HANDS, WHILE WE DIDN'T FINISH YET. MEAN !!!. NEVER EVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN!!!! URRRRRH!

JAPANESE FOOD RESTAURANT AT THEIR BEST THIS IS MY FAVORITE JAPANESE RESTAURANT. THE BEST FRIED RICE IS THE SPECIALITY AND THEIR COMBO DINNERS ARE THE GREATEST. IT IS MY ALL TIME NO ONE PLACE TO GO FOR JAPANESE. THE STAFF THERE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND EXPLAINS WHAT THE DISHES ARE IF YOU HAVE NOT EVER TRIED THEM. IF YOU ARE UNSATISFIED AT ONE OF THE CHOICES THE RECOMMEND, THEN THE MEAL IS FREE. THEY ALSO HAVE A SUSHI BAR WHICH MAY APPEAL TO SOME PEOPLE.

Tsukasa of Tokyo is an excellent dinning experience Tsukasa of Tokyo is Japanese restaurant that offers a wide variety of sushi, they also offer a cook at your table option. I have been there many times, but mainly for lunch as I work near the restaurant. There are many options on the lunch menu, popular choices are steak, chicken and sea food. I usually order chicken, terriaki style and golden shrimp, which has a custard type topping that is to die for. The lunch includes a choice of soup or salad and a huge helping of frie... read more

Tsukasa in Vernon Hills This is one of my favorite resturants to go to with friends. It is not a quick dinner, it is a whole experience; you end up staying there for hours. The chefs cook right in front of you and make your dinner an interactive show. They toss broccoli into your mouth and make trains out of sizzling onions. The fried rice is excellent and is completely worth the two dollars. You sit at a table with 6 or 7 other people, so if you do not come in that big of a group, you can meet some interesting people. Cons-... read more

Hibachi Style - Better than Benihanas Tsukasa is my favorite lunchtime treat. They're famous for their fried rice, which is rich with their homemade teriyaki sauce. They offer lunch combos at fairly reasonable prices, and there's always enough food to have leftovers, which are good if you can reheat them in a pan. Love the teriyaki chicken/tenderloin combo. It comes with either soup or salad (salad has a delicious ginger dressing), 4 shrimps as an appetizer, a plate of fried rice and your choice of meats. They offer steamed ... read more
