Never realized the restaurant was in the same plaza as Mitsuwa. The signboard outside is not catchy enough I guess. ***USP: Dipping noodles, ramen, rice bowls and some usual Japanese appetizers like karaage, edamame etc. ***AMBIANCE: Restaurant can be called tiny. They have some seating at the open counter facing the kitchen as well. ***FOOD: they are known for dipping noodles and as much as I wanted to try some, I didn't find any with chicken or vegetarian broth. Good tsukemen experience! The broth and the ramen tasted differently than the ones back in jp, I remembered tsujita in jp had thicker broth and the noodles had accented aroma of wheat flour. I guess it’s difficult to get those ingredients here. Overall still enjoyed every bit of the tsukemen experience, thank you.
The holiday edition crab tsukeme is rich umami, If the broth tastes a bit too salty, a squeeze of lemon balances it out.
