RecommendedI love Tsugawa and their customer service!! I went today and had to return 5 raspberry plants that weren't doing well (they had raspberry leaf curl virus) and Tsugawa's took them back without hassle and gave me in-store credit. They are a great shop with hands down the best starts, organic seeds, and outdoor/indoor plants for sale.
