He was attentive but yeah, undermined my opinions on the nose pain I was having and only after (extremely expensive) surgery did he tell me that the pain I continued to have after surgery was maybe related to my tooth. Otherwise he was attentive and very nice answering my questions whenever I had them. Seems very motivated to run up the bill, agree with the rest of the reviews.
Would give zero if I could. I have held off writing this review hoping for resolution with the clinic, but none has come. My husband saw Dr. Li in the fall and Dr. Li was dismissive of my husbands symptoms and told him he didn't need anything diagnostic. My husband came home from the visit telling me how he felt he got "scammed" and the Dr. seemed like he was running late for something. loves to run the bill up with unnecessary procedures
My left ear was oozing fluid and blood, and lost hearing. Dr Li helped me not to worry. Ear drops killed an infection and shrank the polyp. He removed a tiny object visible during a second visit, apparently from a plant, and explained why that likely caused the infection. My hearing has returned. I know now to protect my ears too when I whack weeds. He is attentive, engaging and articulate.
