Terrible communication and service Poor customer service!Had to call her an average of 3 times to get a response, sometimes with no response at all.Tammie's rates are high. Her ability to follow through is poor. I asked her to look at lowering my rates; she assured me she would, 10 months later I didn't even get a "sorry, I tried". I switched companies due to her poor service/high rates and asked her to cancel my policies; she didn't manage to get the paper work done in 3 weeks time, and couldn't return a call to tell me so.... read more
