Ate here for the first time today and it was awesome! We have never enjoyed bbq this much. Excellent quality of meats, incredibly lean and smoked to perfection. The owner was so nice, helped us out with ordering just the right amount of food. We had a little bit of everything. The brisket, ribs, pulled pork and burnt ends were all delicious and the special corned beef Reuben was by far the best most unique Reuben you will ever have. Really cute place too. Highly recommend!
I've been here multiple times and have yet to be disappointed. It's about a 30min drive for me but it's well worth it! We even have a BBQ place minutes from my house but they can't even come close to the quality of TSTBBQ. Can't wait to go back!
Closest thing you’ll find to Texas BBQ on the Shore, and they clearly loving what they’re doing. Never had a bad experience at TST!
We have been to TST barbque multiple times and tonight we had the privilege of meeting the owner. We just wanted to give a shout out to him for being so friendly and so down to earth. Ordered a variety box for the family. Ribs were good, pulled pork was good but had no bbq sauce (had to ask for some), brisket was very dry, mac n cheese had a tang to it, Brussels sprouts were so hard to chew and hush puppies were burnt corn meal, no flavor. We were excited to try it but was unfortunately left disappointed.
