Matt did a cartridge rebuild to my Volvo 760 Turbo. Upgraded from Mitsubishi TD04HL-13g to a TD04HL-15g. It was so quiet and smooth. Matt recommended an upgraded billet compressor wheel. Am running with a boost range of 6 to 15 pounds and power increase above 4k rpm allows a top speed of 135 MPH. Matt is the MAN when it comes to turbo rebuilds.
