I've had a great experience with TSP management while renting a home. I always get quick responses to any questions or issues, and when I use the portal to submit a maintenance request I have someone come out usually in the next day or two. Jeff is fantastic and has always assisted me with anything I needed. Our rental agreement changed due to the owner wanting to sell the property, and TSP has helped make the transition smooth even though it was a sudden change letting us go month-to-month while searching for our next place... read more
Worst property management out there. Save yourself the hassle and rent from ANYONE else. They don't fix anything in the buildings (broken washers and dryers, alarms that malfunction and never stop going off). They used to have a number you can call to talk to them but they recently changed it so when you call you are greeted with an automated message that needs an extension to get through to anyone, and never gave the tenants the extension, probably because people were calling and asking them to do their jobs.
