My initial experience at the store was quite positive. The staff greeted me warmly and demonstrated excellent knowledge about their products. However, I encountered a minor issue with the rose gold tint on my lenses, which I didn't like on me. They promptly ordered clear lenses for me, which was appreciated. Have brought all of my boys to TSO.. I have brought my youngest to the Kingwood location and they worked with my son very good and very patiently.. Definitely will continue coming back...
Dr. Bethany Fabrygel was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough without wasting any time. Assistant Manager Patti Waddell made sure we got the correct lenses and frames for our needs within our desired budget, along with ensuring the maximum insurance discount available (something that could have been missed by someone apathetic or inexperienced). Very friendly staff. I was provided service exactly at appointment time. Smooth exam and Morgan was great helping me choose exact frames I like.
