Bad service. Everytime i tried to call they never answer or they always put me on hold. And when they answer and I tell them why they take so long to answer, they always talk to me with an attitude.

Website hours and hours posted on the door say they open till 5. I showed up at 4:16 and they were closed. Guess its 5'o clock somewhere. So much for posted hours 🙄

SHE HAD ME GOING TO UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON FOR GLAUCOMA SURGERY ON MY RIGHT EYE. WHEN I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AT UNIVERSITY OF HOUSTON THE DR. THAT TAKES MY INSURANCE ONLY COMES N SOME TIME. I AM A SENIOR NO TRANSPORTATION ONLY THROUGH MY INSURANCE WHERE I HAVE TO CALL 3 DAYS AHEAD OF TIME. DR. TELLS ME I HAVE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS HOW CAN I MAKE APPOINTMENT AND I NEVER KNOW WHEN EYE DOCTOR WILL BE THERE. I CALLED 3WKS AGO NEVER CALLED BACK TSO.
