The best
I've been going here for 11 years. Love every single person that works there! Always friendly and professional - the offices are nice, relaxing spaces. Even the restroom is immaculate. They take their time to listen, thoroughly explain things. I never feel rushed. Just a great place. DON'T mix it up with the TSO at Willowbrook, it's the complete opposite. Thanks to them for always making me feel welcome and valued as a customer! Cheers!
While the staff is nice, if you schedule an appointment for a certain time, expect to wait at least 20-30 mins before being seen for preliminary check and then another 15-30 to see the Optometrist. However I absolutely loved Dr. Bhatt and I will be going back to her, just maybe scheduling a time that isn’t so busy. Ps: If you schedule on zocdoc, call them to confirm before going in.
