The work began remarkably soon after signing the contract, it was completed in two days' time (despite some poor weather), and cleanup was fairly thorough. Communication between us and our rep was always prompt and informative. Although a board on our back deck was damaged when some roofing material fell off the roof during the job (we have an exceptionally steep roof), it was quickly repaired to our satisfaction. Overall, we have been quite pleased with the work and with the look of our new roof.
So much more reasonable than most of Prescott’s other roofers. Work looks good and was done in a reasonable amount of time. I’m only giving 4 stars because there were several things done that I requested, but weren’t.
Conrad was a pleasure to work with and did great work on my roof. I would recommend TSM roofing for your roofing needs.
TSM performed the work exactly as promised, on time and on budget, with minimal effort on my part. Responsive communication, quality work, and no surprises.
