My experience with TSM roofing started in October 2022 when there was a bad wind storm and part of my roof came off. TSM followed through and was very professional. They coordinated the removal of my solar panels by a solar company and on the day of my roof installation it was completed within eight hours. New roof install 11/21/24. I was very excited to get a new roof but there were installation issues. Their installers were not versed in the product. They ended up replacing about half of the roof on 3/22/25 and did a good job but note that it was about HALF of the roof! That is significant. I would have loved to give this contractor 5 stars but I can't and here is why. Tim tried to get me to agree to them lifting and re-aligning the shingles after they had been down for a few months. Excellent communication from the 'foreman' explaining the estimate and the job in general. Took the time to look over the job during and after completion.
I am very happy with TSM Roofing. They gave me a great price for the labor and materials. They were also very professional and timely. I definitely recommend.
