The subcontractor who performed the roof coating was great to work with and did an excellent job. I had a little problem communicating with the office. I signed the contract and paid my 30% down. After two weeks I received a notice saying they were cancelling today due to weather. I responded to their email saying nobody told me I was on their schedule for that day.
