One could only hope for one car to be repaired with professionalism, courtesy, and satisfaction. TSL just earned a repeat Customer. One of the best car repair experiences I’ve ever had.Everybody from the office manager to the owner, Mark, are just super fantastic in every way. My experience was they were very honest and personable. Something that you don’t usually find in today’s 2026. As long as I’m living in the state of Washington and the Seattle Tacoma area, I’ll be taking my car there for all things Toyota!
If you need Toyota repairs or maintenance this is the spot. The entire staff is very friendly and the shop is impressive.. they sniffed out an issue I’ve been dealing with for well over a year. Only took em about 20-30 minutes of diagnosing to get it sorted out. They’re honest and give off a strong family kind of vibe. Highly recommend. 🤘🏻
Erica was great she was very informative and straight to the point with everything. Scheduling an appointment with them was like nothing I’ve experienced before, which is true to timing. Once I checked in,my truck was being driven into the shop and within an hour I got my keys back and was on my way. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends and will be doing more business with them soon.
Great customer service! The waiting room is comfortable and stocked with snacks and water. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the work they do. Overall a great experience
I wish I had stumbled across Mark & Ericka at TSL years ago. Its not easy to find businesses that are as direct, honest and transparent as the team here. As a business owner myself I'm always happy to find companies that deserve respect for how they run their business and I'd recommend the team here all day long. Side note; any business that manages to get 250+ reviews with a 5* star rating. That is seriously impressive.
