They wouldn't fix my mini split unit because they did not install it. I waited two hours for them to come and they left me without air-conditioning on a Friday at 4:30 in July. Warning, they only fix what they installed! That's so ridiculous. What a waste of time.
TSK responded to our request for a non working AC unit very promptly. The technician that responded (Ethan) was very professional and courteous. Ethan diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired the unit. we are very satisfied with our TSK experience.
Todd got our furnace repaired quickly on a very cold February day. We couldn’t be any happier with the professional repair that he expertly executed. Highly recommend TSK Heating and Cooling!
