0 Stars. This woman is quite possibly the most miserable human being we've ever dealt with for a short period of time. Not only was she condescending and not helpful, but she basically shamed us for using ARAG (a service through our employer) for trying to find a lawyer to help us with our needs. She said "I don't work through them, they hardly pay me anything and it's a ridiculous amount of paperwork."
