Working with George and the TSG team has been an amazing experience. Their level of detail and care for communities is the best in the industry. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
I had an issue at my hoa with the sprinkler outside of my condo, I called the office and the staff was very cordial and took my information and dispatched the landscaper to come resolve the issue within 4 hours time. Very good and fast customer service, I appreciate that they manage my hoa in Irvine, we are in good hands
Very rude people, they also live in the middle ages as they wouldn't mail me what I needed but rather forced me to take off time from work to pick it up. Just sad.
Everyone be humble and be nice to one another especially the customers. Some people have to make an effort to be nice for others it comes natural! Try hard you will be rewarded at the end.
