Bad service, that’s why I sold my unit. See, after 10 months, they still send email to me, I guess that why I never received any condo meeting notices in the past 6 years? They don’t care
Stay away from building run by TSE. Waste of money!! Mehmet's comment below is spot on for this company. The manager at our building is constantly lying and denies any concerns raised by owners.
EDIT: I have been threatened with legal action a month after posting a review.They sent it to my homeowner cc'ing me to silence me.This is how much they try to silence and bully people. HORRIBLE management company.All the negative reviews are true. The good ones are fake reviews and not even doing a good job at hiding that. TSE is the WORST management company! Since they began managing our building we have seen a major decline in the maintenance of our common elements. Things are breaking down and are going unrepaired for months with management giving us the runaround. Malcolm Marcus dedicates his time and resources to cutting costs. Him and his team continuously ignore the Condo Act, they are unprofessional towards residents, and they neglect critical repairs. If anyone is considering hiring TSE just run! Lots of negative reviews but they have been great to deal with for us. Our building is well maintained, they just replaced all asphalt, always improving the facility, and maintenance fees are reasonable.
