Extremely disappointed with the service provided by TSE Management Services. We have been with TSE Management since June 2024, yet despite repeated requests, TSE Management failed to ensure we were included on the condo corporation's email distribution list. We contacted multiple representatives, including Jennifer, Ashley, and Val, numerous times regarding this issue. Working with Julia was extremely frustrating. She consistently acted as if she were in charge despite not holding a leadership position. Her communication style was often rude, condescending, and dismissive of her colleagues’ input. Instead of fostering teamwork, she created unnecessary tension and made collaboration difficult. I also noticed that there is only one review associated with her, and it appears to have been written by a family member. This raises questions about the objectivity and credibility of that review.
