Working with Julia was extremely frustrating. She consistently acted as if she were in charge despite not holding a leadership position. Her communication style was often rude, condescending, and dismissive of her colleagues’ input. Instead of fostering teamwork, she created unnecessary tension and made collaboration difficult. I also noticed that there is only one review associated with her, and it appears to have been written by a family member. This raises questions about the objectivity and credibility of that review.

Extremely disappointing experience with management and contractor oversight in our building managed by T.S.E. Poor communication and ongoing issues with condo-mandated repair work that remain unresolved. Owners deserve far better accountability and professionalism.
