Dr Tse and his staff are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I no longer fear going to the dentist, as long as it involves going to this office. From the moment I walk in the door everyone is friendly and knowledgable. They put me at ease from the wait to the cleaning and exam, all the way through scheduling my next appointment and my departure. They know my name, they remember my kids and they are thorough, professional and kind.
The Doctors and Staff are professional and personable. The office is outstanding at contact and communication. Appointment times have always been met within a nominal margin of error. The office environment is comfortable, including above chair televisions with cable programming. I would definitely reccommend this office to anyone looking for a positive Dental experience.
I love going to Dr. Tse. Their staff is very friendly and they are very through about explaining everything they are doing. I did not like going to the dentist growing up and really did not like going to one as an adult until I found Dr. Tse. I enjoy watching TV while they are cleaning my teeth and having a very relaxed and friendly environment. Kelvin Tse, DDS and his staff are the best in the U.S., they are highly advanced in what they do, but are also the best in making you feel comfortable. Isn't that what is truly important in a dentist office? From the moment you walk in till you leave you feel like family. I can not recommend Kelvin Tse, DDS high enough, you just have to go in and see for yourself, your smile will thank you!
I am a high anxiety patient when it comes to dentistry and have tried many dentists trying to find a good match for me. Dr. Tse and his staff fit the bill! They are all very kind and caring. I have had most of my work done by Dr. Winger and some by Dr. Tse and find them both to be through and very gentle. My experience there has been completely positive.
