This rental properties is not the same as it was before. Are old manager Rod McKay was the best when it came down to getting the property fixed. The new management team that is there now how no clue on how to handle their clients. We had mold growing in are rental property. When we told the manager about the mold in the unit they came and looked at it and said I'll let you know in a day or two and what we are going to do about it. A day later they called my wife and told her that we had a month to move.
Rod is the best!! We had a quick, professional experience with him and every time we’ve had a problem it generally gets fixed that day! We love renting here. He treats us MUCH better than how the other places treat their renters/potential renters. 10/10 Experience. -Fernley NV location - That was before Rod passed away. Idk what’s going on now but they’re pretty cold and heartless.
