BEWARE!!!! We had an emergency at our clinic and needed our drain unclogged. They no -showed 5 different time slots they were scheduled with us. They never called me to let me know, I had to keep calling them to see what happened and where they were at. I also told them numerous times I can call someone else if you simply do not have the time but they kept promising they would be there. Of there was an option of zero stars that's what I would be picking. I called for their service on Thursday, the confirmed service for the next day (friday) between 9-11. The tech called me around 10 to say they couldn't get out until 3. Then they didn't show up until 5 and didn't do anything! Told me they'd fix the issue around 10 Saturday morning. SCAM ALERT! This is no longer an operating business! Do not call and pay a service fee! They will steal your money! Police report filed and complaint with AG's office filed.
Jim is honest, friendly, he has helped me with 4 bathroom remodels now, has saved me money and his work is top notch. I wouldn't call anyone else for my plumbing issues.
