I use TCS Air for all my HVAC checkups and repairs. Joel was my tech for my semi-annual check up and was wonderful. He communicated well the areas of concerns that were found, and quickly made the maintenance repairs that were needed this visit. The office is very good at communication also. Overall a pleasure to work with.
TSC Air replaced our VERY old AC unit a few years back. The new system works beautifully, and the service, communication, and responsiveness we receive from them is wonderful. Whenever I've reached out for service, they are there ASAP. In fact, they reach out to me when it is time for a system check up. Josh and his team are highly skilled professionals in the HVAC industry. I contacted them to assess my AC unit, which had been damaged by Red Mountain Roofing during their roof resurfacing project. Red Mountain Roofing refused to take responsibility for the damage or fix it. TSC Air is the best service provider for everything related to your air conditioning and heating needs. They’ve installed a new system for me and they provide outstanding maintenance and customer service. This morning they installed a new Nest thermostat and as usual, they were prompt and got the job done efficiently. And he stayed to make sure I had the app setup on my phone correctly. I trust them and I’m not just another customer.
Requested an appointment with TSC Air to inspect my AC/Heat unit on February 13,2025. Replaced 2 capacitors with one out and the other borderline. My realtor and my family recommended TSC. I was not disappointed in placing my trust with this company as the inspector was professional and did a complete inspection with me being highly satisfied. Recommend hiring TSC.
