Joel from TSC Air did an excellent job of servicing our A/C units. Very personable and professional and thorough in his work. He explained exactly what had to be fixed and replaced and why it was necessary. The price, which we were charged, was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
Jacob with TSC arrived to checkout the ductwork in the attic that I had concerns about leaking air. He was professional, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. After examining everything, even the A/C itself, he found no problems. He was even able to show me pictures of the ductwork to put my mind at ease. I am glad I had it checkout as now that’s one less thing to worry about. I would use TSC again and would recommend them to friends.
While I was out of town, my family called and said one of our split system a/c was making a strange noise. We called TSC Air and they promptly made us an appt in a few days to take a look. Matt K showed up on time and quickly went to work. Because when I turned the a/c the unit was no longer making a clicking sound, he had to do a total check to see if he could find the problem.
