I first saw Dr. Sandy Tsao in October 2023. The visit felt rushed and impersonal, but I decided to give her a second chance and scheduled a follow-up appointment for October 2024. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to see her again, as my last two appointments were canceled on short notice. The October 2024 appointment was canceled the day before by a voicemail stating, "You're scheduled for tomorrow... unfortunately that appointment is canceled because the doctor is not going to be available..." Fabulous doctor but parking is hopeless - go somewhere else until they get the landlord to do valet parking
Dr. Tsao is so knowledgeable, caring and kind. Her work is excellent and she takes the time to ensure her patients are comfortable and happy with their results. She’s truly the best!
Botox and fillers are so much more expensive than what it should be. And is- at other doc offices such as Longwood plastic surgery where it is 14- 16 a unit. Further the doctor is so rushed without considerate icing before hand to minimize pain.
The best dermatologist- careful and does not overtreat.
