I have been a patient of Dr. Tsai's for approximately 2mths and unfortunately, I will be switching PCP immediately. While Dr. Tsai and his PA provide competent care, the front office staff is a major liability to this practice. They are consistently unprofessional, exhibit poor attitudes, and show little sense of urgency or concern for patients. 2 hour wait, unhelpful front desk assistance :/
Office visits were great before but now that this office has a Nurse Practitioner that overbooks her schedule, it’s taken two hours to be seen with appointment in comparison to the short wait it took to be seen by the doctor. There were no seats available for some patients to be seated in the lobby. Consideration to the patients time would be greatly appreciated.
Well… I haven’t even seen the doctor or had a visit yet, but when I tell you the people on the other side of the phone don’t want to help. This lady was extremely rude and had no desire to help or assist me on making an appointment. I will NOT stay with this physician.
