Pretty sure they didn't even look at my car. Came here because it is a carvana approved shop. Was told I had an appt at 9 when they open. Manager didn't show up until 930. They never communicated with me until I kept asking for an update and then they say they can't recreate my issue. I just went to a lexus shop yesterday for a second opinion and apparently there is a known TSB for an exhaust part that is causing my issue. Wish I never wasted my time with this place. They care more about mods than normal repair
they did amazing work on my mini s, new turbo and timing chain done professionally🫡
