Had a short stay for a work trip and while the room we stayed was small, Te was an absolute delight to talk to and showed us around the resort. Tennis, Swimming and Mini Golf with BBQ facilities and close by the main Port area with its own little shop for quick access items. Thanks Te!
Reservation was confirmed, but the receptionist refused to let me check in. Very disappointing experience after arriving tired and expecting the room I already booked. The staff was unhelpful and gave no proper solution. I would not recommend this hotel because of the poor customer service and lack of professionalism.”
Very disappointing experience. We made a booking and later were told our names were “not there.” The staff member was extremely rude, told us not to call again, and hung up the phone on us while we were speaking politely. Completely unprofessional customer service. Would not recommend.And her name was tie And we payed for nothing

Great location.nice and quiet and off main road but still close enough to walk to local food and tavern.Rooms are clean . Free tea coffee and milk.soap shampoo etc also provided . Fridge in room. Its got everything you need.onsite pool for cooling down in summer and mini put put for the golfer/kids. BALI THEMED ATMOSPHERE. T the lady in reception welcoming /acvomadating & goes the extra mile to make your stay a great one.
