I honestly don’t know where to start. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. The positive reviews about him are definitely paid for. He did an emergency plumbing job and charged me $250 for a 10 minute job but I was ok with that. He also did hit on my guest who was staying with me and made her feel very uncomfortable when his daughter is not much younger than her. Ben installed a hot water heater for me and fixed another plumbing issue in my house. He is everything you are looking for in a plumber: he is a good person, he has good prices, and he works hard to make the customer happy.
In the past I have built two homes and built out 3 offices and have experienced good and bad with plumbers. Recently I've used Ben for a leaky stop and waste valve and a hot water heater. He is knowledgable, honest, quick, with good prices and does quality work. I highly recommend him!
Our water heater went out and Angie’s list recommended a few companies. Ben was able to come out right away, diagnose the issue and fix everything quickly. Unfortunately we had to buy a new water heater, but he already had a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater with him, quickly removed our old water heater and replaced it with the new one in just a couple hours. Efficient, friendly and reasonable price.
