I was a walk in. Told the ppl working I wanted chrome nails and that I had Gel nails currently on. I asked if they could do both and how long it would take. I had to ask three different times on how long it would take because I didn’t have a ton of time and was happy to come back later. One of the girls called someone on her phone and said the girl would get to the salon soon? I should have left at this point but I stayed so some of this is on me. Love that they use environmentally safe nail polish! Anu did a great job. $40 for pedicure.
Very racist! The minute I walked in with my niece, insant vibes of "we do not service you ". There were approximately only 3 customers being serviced. The remaining stations were empty. One of the nail techs stated something to another tech and a tech came from the back. The tech walks to the front and barely glance at a computer screen. The individual claims there was no availability. Really? Did I mention it was 3:30pm.... My niece is young and attends school in the area.
