Although the initial wait time to get an appointment is a long one (10-11 months for me), I cannot say enough good things about Dr Shackleton and team. For 15+ years I've had chronic ear ache with a consistent "diagnosis" and explanation of TMJ disorder with no off of help other than pain killers. Honestly I was expecting the same from Dr Shackleton after all these years. Dr Shackleton and his entire admin and assistant team are phenomenal. I was so impressed with the thorough exam, the wonderful home care explanation and the seamless billing process. The level of expertise is unmatched and you can tell they genuinely care for you and your health!
I have seen Dr Shackleton twice now for chronic jaw pain, and cannot say enough good things. He has great chair-side manner, explains things thoroughly and is punctual. Each time I have seen him, he has presented me with multiple treatment options, starting with the least invasive, and then makes recommendations based on what’s going on that day. I appreciate Dr Shackleton’s friendliness (especially on an otherwise bad day) , attentiveness and knowledgeability.
Dr. Shackleton is very professional, and he explained all the scenarios that contributed to my pain. I have done the root chanal there and my pain is gone. Highly recommended 👌
Dr. Shackleton performed a minor biopsy on my lip to remove a cyst. Very approachable, informative, helpful and most importantly..... experienced. Whole process went smooth from the moment I walked in the door. From the procedure itself to the ease of the payment and communication by the reception team, this is a well oiled machine
