My son and I have been going for the past 18 months and everything was extremely efficient, they always greet us with a smile and are more than happy to answer my many questions . Just had to post a review of my great experience with this clinic. I have had a LOT of dental work done at various clinics and have huge anxiety around my dental health. Dr Shackelton was very informative and thorough and the front desk gathered the information they need, without me having to chase it around. Although the initial wait time to get an appointment is a long one (10-11 months for me), I cannot say enough good things about Dr Shackleton and team. For 15+ years I've had chronic ear ache with a consistent "diagnosis" and explanation of TMJ disorder with no off of help other than pain killers.
