It was an okay pedi. The sign-in machine kept changing the spelling of my name! -1⭐️ for that.
Went in there for a dip powder set. Disappointed isn’t even the word. Got seated and was waiting for 30 mins and still no communication. Customers getting foot pedicures were able to be seated before me to get manicures which was unfair as we’re all paying customers and they were getting pedicures first. Also a lack of nail techs. Maybe worry about getting more nail techs to better the customer service. Best experience in town, pricing was extremely low compared to what I’m use to. All around great shop, very clean, politeness, plenty of space. Loved the environment. Will be back!
I’ve been coming here for some years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. Service is good and they do an excellent job!
